SPY analysisWe think there is high possibility and with this week's economic data and trading the market bottom is in.If we go down more the maximum is about $437 for the year but we think today is the bottom of this pull back and we are heading up.• Inflation is now moving in downwards• Most of earnings is over now (NVDA is next week)• FEDS will pause most likely in September and lower rates in 2024.• The next test for market is $450 and once we clear this level we are going to be trading at $465 sooner then we think.There are not many communities combining technical analysis and fundamentals analysis together to trade!

SPY analysis for the week through Aug 27:Fundamentals:• Jackson Hole tone was hawkish and bearish but was priced in. JPOW says we will need GDP to be below trend in order to get inflation down to 2%.• 10-year treasury did pull back from 4.35% but has not broken down yet (bond market betting on slower growth).• USD continues to increase which is not good for American companies (products are too expensive)Technicals:• Below 50SMA on Daily chart.• Heavy resistance now forming at $444-$445 level (so until this breaks the market has a bearish sentiment).• $430-435 demand zone forming as support (for the time being)Economics:• PCE and Unemployment data comes out Wed-Frid this week. Market is data dependent.• Economy is strong enough to take on a few more rate hikes.• Wages continue to climb so inflation might come back.• Housing market has high rates but has not slowed down.Prediction:• Comment "SPY target" and this post if you'd like to know where we think the SPY is heading to this week.
