$PLTR HUGE NETWORK OPPORTUNITY Palantir could be still cheap from a network perspective.  Let me explain. Palantir clients could be seen as a network where each member interacts with its own network of suppliers/customers. I shared this thesis last year: https://palantirbullets.com/p/pltr-the-biggest-networks-start-smallThe bigger the network, the stronger the network effects that Palantir can unlock from customers recommending its solutions from word of mouth and leveraging the reputation of established players already "in the network". The network effects from 500 clients are more than 10x stronger than those of a network of 50 clients. By increasing the number of customers Palantir can benefit from more and more customers referring its solutions to their partners.A bigger network generates Revenues and supports growth.  In a similar way we can compare $META 's valuation in relation to its monthly active users, we can relate Palantir's valuation to the size of its enterprise network. Remember Peter Thiel, Palantir's founder, was behind Facebook's success... The current $69mn EV/Clients tells us that if we acquired Palantir entirely we would pay an average of $69mn to obtain the rights for the future cash flow generated by each client. This is more than 2x the bottom of $27mn touched in Q4, but still way lower than the levels reached in 2021.While the market primarily focuses on Revenues, with this alternative metric we could have a hint if Palantir is able to generate value that has not been reflected in the numbers yet. In particular if EV/Clients:• stays flat: the stock grows in line with the network• increases: the stock grows more than the network = potential risk• decreases: the stock grows slower than the network = potential opportunity. This becomes particularly relevant for a company like Palantir which has a strong propensity of "delaying gratification" but providing its software for cheap in the initial phases, even for $1 (NHS) or for free (Army initially, Ukraine now)! Obviously, not all clients generate the same amount of Revenue nor have the same potential, but the aggregate number could provide a sense of how reasonable the current valuation is. With EV/Clients we could capture moments where the intrinsic value of Palantir grows more than the price, creating an asymmetric opportunity. Palantir's 15x EV/Sales can't be defined as "cheap". However, from a network perspective, it could be.Is Palantir at $69mn still appealing?

$PLTR Closes the day at $15.82, up 2.64%! The stock rebounded quickly from the flash crash in the morning and slowly continued upward throughout the session. The momentum continued in ah as well. Volume came down significantly today, totaling around ~47M shares. In comparison, in the last two weeks, we topped 100M daily shares traded multiple times. It is to note that even 47M is still categorically high. Not too much news on Palantir today, but with the way this year has been going, I expect that to change soon haha. It feels like there's always something in the news on Palantir ... it's only a matter of time. Major news will come in next 1-2 months for NHS deal that I believe we will get.

That said, even though we're seeing a bounce today, the upside continuation isn't very clear from a technical standpoint yet.. So, I'm leaving some of my downside targets in place, and will continue to buy, just like I have been, if the price keeps falling.

First, let's look at the past.- THE PAST How long was the sales cycle with Palantir in the recent past? While things have improved somewhat, this was actually listed under the risks in Palantir's 13-F filings in the past."Our sales efforts involve considerable time and expense and our sales cycle is often long and unpredictable."That's not great, but it is understandable for a complicated product that customers didn't always understand the technology or their need. When a salesman has to convince a future client of the need first, his job is harder. But how long was this?"Our sales cycle often lasts SIX to NINE months but can extend to A YEAR or more for some customers."- THE PRESENTIn the past, the sales cycle was long, but the sales cycle has been getting a bit shorter, and as such is no longer listed as a risk in the 13-F.
