进入到系统配置状态（相当于CISCO设备的EN 命令）

配置以太网网口

在之前使用mrtg进行采集的过程中，会报错：
。。。。m4only...等等。。是因为snmp-agent sys-info version v3 ，而我们改为了all就可以了。
